As a “design and construct” builder, we are here to guide you through the design and construction of your new home. From concept designing, detailed documentation, consultant management, selections consultation and advice, council approvals, and, of course, construction, the team at Cunic have experts in every field to make building your home a great experience.
How it works.
Our friendly sales team will guide you through selecting the right design for your block, or the right house and land package for your needs. Our team will work with you to custom design your floor plan and gather all information about your block so we can provide you with a detailed quote for your project.
Once you have signed your Building Contract, our pre-construction team will commence working on your detailed design documentation and full council approvals. During this phase, our team will review your plans and undertake a planning assessment to support the council application. Whilst your plans make their way through the consultants and various design and approval phases, we will arrange your appointment with one of our in-house interior designers.
During your selections appointment, our interior designers will help you select everything from your roof colour, to your tiles, joinery, carpet, and detailed electrical layout plan. Our showroom is fully kitted out with all our suppliers’ product samples, making your selections process an easy one-stop-shop.
At the end of the approvals process, and upon receipt of your approved plans, our team will prepare your For Construction Plans. This final set will be reviewed with you in detail to ensure every bit of construction information for our onsite team is captured. Once that’s done, we’re ready to handover to our construction team, and get your build underway. Our team will keep you updated throughout the construction process with fortnightly reports, and will arrange onsite visits with you at key milestones.
