What are the benefits of house and land packages?

There are so many benefits to purchasing a house and land package, the main ones being ease and peace of mind. With a house and land package all the hard work is done for you. We have found the land (that in itself is a major feat in Tasmania at the moment!), selected a design that works within council and subdivision guidelines and figured out any costs associated with the site, meaning no cost surprises later.

How much of a deposit do I need for a house and land package?

The deposit for a house and land package will vary from package to package. Please speak with our friendly team on a particular package for detailed deposit information.

Is a house and land package the same as off the plan?

Yes, we offer both split house and land packages, or off the plan house and packages.

Do you pay the mortgage while the house is being built?

We have both payment on completion and pay during the build options available. We understand finances differ for everyone, so we have made sure we have all options covered to make the purchasing process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

What is not included in a house and land package?

The inclusions within a house and land package vary from package to package. But rest assure, no matter the level of inclusions, we have quality fixtures and fittings included every package, all backed by our warranty periods.
